Frustrated by my actual experience as a user, I designed an IoT app from scratch. My design was based on structured user interviews and iterative feedback. I put particular thought into interaction design to achieve the satisfying feel that would enhance the user flow. Proper design system was critical to achieving this goal. This was a great experience that really boosted my interaction design skills.
