Aeropartner is a Dubai-based private jet charter platform. I was invited to upgrade the UX of their three different business directions: jet charter, jet sales, luxury add-ons. Through extensive research, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration, I designed optimal flows and information architecture to give Aeropartner competitive advantage in the luxury travel niche.
See “Before”

What I did
I designed complete search and action logic for all the three business directions: 1) charter bookings (primary focus)2) buy/sell private jets catalogue with filtering and specification pages, 3) luxury add-ons (transfers, hotels, yacht/chalet booking via personal managers).

Research
Conducted CEO interviews, competitive analysis of 10+ platforms (NetJets, VistaJet, XO, UAE competitors), and usability audits. Designed booking flows around user intent (destination, dates, passengers) rather than aircraft specifications.

Information Architecture
Worked with developer on dynamic page generation system. Since individual pages for every route aren't feasible (too many city/airport combinations), designed architecture where search engine users get static SEO-optimised pages (City–City, Country–Country, Airport–Airport patterns) whilst internal navigation uses Javascript-pulled data. Created logical flow diagrams defining this system's behaviour.

Cross-function Collaboration
Collaborated with SEO agency balancing search optimisation with user experience. Built comprehensive design system from scratch (Atomic Design methodology) ensuring consistency across 30+ screens. Delivered interactive clickable prototypes and implementation documentation.

Learnings & Impact
Created seamless user experience for Aeropartner’s demanding clientele, including private jet passengers and buyers.
Ensured platform’s extra indexation capability by close collaboration with the agency team, managing to “marry” competing business priorities (UX and SEO).Gained working knowledge of private aviation backend (Avinode aggregator, plugin integration constraints).
Proud of research depth and strategic approach that balanced competing priorities through structured collaboration.
