Acri Pharms is a large country-wide pharmaceutical manufacturer that wanted to give pharmacies a procurement platform to purchase its products directly. Collaborating with product managers, analysts, and developers, I upgraded the MVP by re-imagining user flows, establishing logic, and creating a brand new design system. The new platform, with its improved catalogue and order tracking, was successfully rolled out for 150+ pharmacy partners.
