Republic is a large crowdfunding platform with numerous featured startups. I designed an internal tool that helped project managers create startup pages independently, bypassing designers and developers. The tool adoption allowed to speed up the rollout from 5 days to 1 day, improving overall productivity and allowing designers and devs to focus on strategic work instead of manual.

Problem

The bottleneck: designer creates mockups, developer codes page, QA tests, multiple rounds of edits, deployment — roughly 5 days per page. With dozens of campaigns running simultaneously, this process was expensive and slow.

What I did

I analysed 50+ existing campaign pages and identified that 70% used the same section types in different configurations. This pattern became the foundation for an internal landing page builder system. I designed a modular component library where each section had multiple layout variants, content fields, and style presets. PMs could drag-and-drop sections, customise content through simple form fields, and publish pages independently — no designer or developer required.

Impact

The estimated impact was significant: page creation time went from ~5 days to ~1 day, freeing designers and developers to focus on strategic work instead of repetitive page production.
